I’m writing this letter to let anyone who reads it my feelings about this company. I was first involved with Joe and his support staff when my 1926 Ford was damaged in a trailer accident during transport. Belonging to the Cache Valley Cruising Association the local car club, a few of the people had dealt with Joe in the past and said they did quality work.
I took my car to Joe and after they did their magic my car was like new. I have had all my cars that have had some sort of damage repaired by JC Auto since 2000. I have never been disappointed and have always come away completely satisfied.
During 2007 I completed my dream car a 1932 Ford Roadster. JC Auto did all the body work and painted the car that I would put up against any custom car in the country. Can I say there were many hours of tender loving care put into my dream car.
From the time you talk to Wendy on the phone to driving your vehicle back home after your vehicle has been repaired you will be treated with tender loving care and your vehicle will be like new.

My wife and I have only positive things to say about our interactions with JC Auto. We purchased a car from them and not only received a very good 'deal' on the transaction, but JC's was totally cooperative and considerate with a couple of small things we had them work on after the purchase.
JC Auto has quality service and products. I have no reservations about recommending them for collision repairs, general auto body work, towing, or as a source for purchasing quality repaired vehicles.

I have had the privilege of working with J.C. Auto for more than ten years. It has always been my pleasure to know and deal with Joe and his staff. They have always been friendly, courteous and very helpful in any capacity I was dealing with them. At first I was a radio rep for J.C. Auto and Joe was very easy and accommodating. He was always helpful to have the contracts signed on time and very good in getting me all the information I needed to write a commercial. I never worried about getting paid on time. Maybe the best thing I can say about J.C. Auto is that integrity comes first. I have never felt that work was done on my car that wasn’t needed, in fact, it has been just the opposite, they have gone the extra mile to accommodate me. Fortunately, or unfortunately I have had to bring a few of my vehicles in to get fixed at J.C. Auto. They have been so good to work with my insurance company, make sure I knew exactly what they were doing, provided my with a vehicle to drive while mine was getting fixed, and basically bent over backwards to make sure I was happy, which I have always been extremely satisfied with their work. I would be proud to recommend J.C. Auto to anybody I know.
