Dear Joe,
Since the day I picked up my car from your shop, I have inteded to write
you a thank you letter. I could not be more satisfied with the repairs you and your
professional staff performed for me. When I at first inspected my Buick Lucerne
after it was involved in a bad crash on Main Street in Logan, my thoughts were to
have it repaired and then to immediately trade it in on another car. I thought it
could never be brought back to proper condition after such damage. I actually wished
that it had been totaled. I am pleased to say that you gave me my car back in better
condition than it was before the crash. I have carefully inspected every seam on
the body, the fit of the trim, the alignment of the panels, and the color match
of the paint. All these details appear to be perfect. Since the front suspension
was also damaged, I hoped that the driving dynamics of the car would be brought
back to new condition. You and your staff have realized that objective as well.
Your office personnel were always kind and helpful. The furnishing of a loaner car
made our lives easier. I hope you will thank the professional men in your shop for
their meticulous work. The word "professional" in your company title is truly appropriate
for everyone involved.

JC Auto is the best towing company in Cache Valley!!! When my vehicle broke down
after hours the driver was very speedy in his response time and when he delivered
my vehicle just a short time later to my home my children were watching from the
front window. Well, above and beyond the call the driver invited them outside to
help hold the levers to unload our broken down family vehicle all with a smile on
his face!!! What an awesome first time tow experience!!! So much for the "Grumpy
Tow Truck Driver" image I have always had in my mind. GOOD WORK JC AUTO. The next
time I had vehicle problems JC Auto was my first call. My door locks malfuntioned
and when I called JC they were to my house in a few minutes, unlocked the vehicle,
made sure we were set and off he went!!! So I didn't need a tow but that didn't
matter!! Speedy friendly service (even in the freezing weather) was what we got!!!

I’m writing this letter to let anyone who reads it my feelings about this company. I was first involved with Joe and his support staff when my 1926 Ford was damaged in a trailer accident during transport. Belonging to the Cache Valley Cruising Association the local car club, a few of the people had dealt with Joe in the past and said they did quality work.
I took my car to Joe and after they did their magic my car was like new. I have had all my cars that have had some sort of damage repaired by JC Auto since 2000. I have never been disappointed and have always come away completely satisfied.
During 2007 I completed my dream car a 1932 Ford Roadster. JC Auto did all the body work and painted the car that I would put up against any custom car in the country. Can I say there were many hours of tender loving care put into my dream car.
From the time you talk to Wendy on the phone to driving your vehicle back home after your vehicle has been repaired you will be treated with tender loving care and your vehicle will be like new.
As they say "You are in good hands with JC Auto"

My wife and I have only positive things to say about our interactions with JC Auto. We purchased a car from them and not only received a very good 'deal' on the transaction, but JC's was totally cooperative and considerate with a couple of small things we had them work on after the purchase.
JC Auto has quality service and products. I have no reservations about recommending them for collision repairs, general auto body work, towing, or as a source for purchasing quality repaired vehicles.

To whom it may concern,
I have had the privilege of working with J.C. Auto for more than ten years. It has always been my pleasure to know and deal with Joe and his staff. They have always been friendly, courteous and very helpful in any capacity I was dealing with them. At first I was a radio rep for J.C. Auto and Joe was very easy and accommodating. He was always helpful to have the contracts signed on time and very good in getting me all the information I needed to write a commercial. I never worried about getting paid on time. Maybe the best thing I can say about J.C. Auto is that integrity comes first. I have never felt that work was done on my car that wasn’t needed, in fact, it has been just the opposite, they have gone the extra mile to accommodate me. Fortunately, or unfortunately I have had to bring a few of my vehicles in to get fixed at J.C. Auto. They have been so good to work with my insurance company, make sure I knew exactly what they were doing, provided my with a vehicle to drive while mine was getting fixed, and basically bent over backwards to make sure I was happy, which I have always been extremely satisfied with their work. I would be proud to recommend J.C. Auto to anybody I know.
